Terms & Shipping

Terms: -
Customers have the right to a refund (purchase price) or exchange if the goods received are faulty or damaged in anyway. Please advise us in writing within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Shipping: -
While we will endeavour to have your goods received as early as possible, please allow 24 hours for your goods to be gift wrapped and securely packaged. Shipment will take 2 - 5 days depending on the distance from a capital city.

Costs: -
$5 - $10 per shipment of smaller items (e.g socks, books, bags)
$11 - $18 per item for larger products (e.g. hampers)
